Sun Palm Beach Resort - Watamu

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right on the sandy beach, allowing me to enjoy beautiful walks and stunning views. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially the helpful Italian receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. I was also impressed with the dining options available, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to others.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with stunning views of the sea. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful, always willing to give suggestions to help make the most of our stay.

The hotel was quite pricey and we felt that some of the additional charges were unnecessary, such as the surcharge for using a card. although the wifi worked well in the lobby, we found it did not extend to the rooms.

I loved the location of this resort! It's right on a beautiful sandy beach and has stunning views. the rooms are clean and have a charming design. the service was good, and the breakfast was decent. the Italian restaurants nearby were amazing!

The Wi-Fi connection was not great, and the staff could have been a bit more attentive to my needs.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from my balcony. the pool was also quite enjoyable, especially after taking a dip in the sea. the location of the hotel was prime, being walking distance from the town center with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore.

As a non-Italian speaker, I had a difficult time communicating with the staff at times. There were also some minor issues with the facilities, including poor wifi connection and limited breakfast options.

Aesthetically pleasing building, scenic location, helpful staff, beautifully restored building, lovely landscaped garden.
